Refunds Policy

Emerald Infomedia gathers advance payment of 50% of total value for any service are delivered as per service agreement , such payments are non-refundable due to structural setup of the services already takes payment allocation i.e. (Hosting Services, Domain Registration, Consultant fees) which are generally non-refundable.

Special case for advance (Partial) Payments

The 50% amount of advance paid is refundable, however if you want to still opt for cancellation you can reach out to our consultant & we can look for the possibilities considering the stage of the process.
Emerald Infomedia demands the final balance payment post successful completion of work in home page and such payments are non-refundable.

Method of Refund

Refunds on Emerald infomedia depend on the method of mode of payment used to put in the request at first. The following are the refund modes started by us for different payment choices.

Visa/Debit Card/Internet Banking

If Credit card, Debit card or Internet banking was used as the method of payment while submitting the order, the sum paid will be refunded will be credited back to the individual credit/debit card/internet banking account gave at the time of putting the request. We initiate refund within a limit of 5 working days. In any case, it might take up to 7-10 working days for the particular banks to handle the refunds and reflect in your credit/debit card or internet banking account. If not , connect with your bank straight forwardly in the event of any delays after the confirmation of refund by Emerald Infomedia.
